The Art of EMJ is an in-house crafter and designer of luxury bow ties and accessories. Our products incorporate the use of hardware on each bow tie, leaving our costumers with the feeling of quality and a sense of uniqueness. Our self-tied bow ties are made with belted adjustments around the neck. This allows our customers the opportunity to not have to re-tie their bow every time they desire to wear it. Historically, the bow tie has always represented the highest class of man. We at The Art of EMJ are tied to continuing that legacy with a modernn touch.

The Journey Begins
The Art of EMJ launched its first line of luxury bow ties to the Downtown Chicago market at the Nicole Gallery in conjunction with world-renowned British sculptor Willard Wigan. Craftsmanship of bow ties and other accessories with a unique design esthetic utilizing leathers and other specialty materials from around the world.

New York Fashion Week
In February 2011, The Art of EMJ launched its first line of self-tied leather bow ties during New York Fashion Week to fashion industry insiders and received rave reviews. This launch made The Art of EMJ the first company to create the self-tied leather bow tie. For the past five seasons of NYFW, The Art of EMJ has partnered with CFDA recognized, Nolcha Fashion Week to release collections.

Collaborations
In celebration of our third year anniversary, The Art of EMJ most recently collaborated with world renowned painter, Scott Forrest. With a vision to craft his paintings into bow ties, designer EMJ's journey begun. Summer of 2013, The Art of EMJ, along with Scott Forrest launched a limited edition collection of 3-D bow ties. Each bow tie can be viewed with 3-D glasses, leaving ones imagination for fashion accessories feeling free and limitless. A pair of 3-D glasses come with each purchase.
